WHAT WE'VE DONE
The funds we have raised are provided to teachers in the form of grants. Teachers who have great ideas but lack the financial resources to implement them apply for the grants, whose funding is determined after a thorough review process. A large part of our mission is ensuring our schools have access to the latest technology, giving our students the competitive edge they need for academic success now and in the future. The Foundation has achieved its goal of providing a computer lab at each of our elementary schools. In addition, we have provided funds for replacement computers, updated technology and computer skills training. This investment is in direct response to our teachers, who recognized needs and articulated them in the form of grant requests.
